Initial diagnosis

At this stage, we will create a formal document where we will present to you the evaluation of the current situation of the company as we see it, straightforwardly and objectively.

Proposals for improvement

Based on the assesment and the evaluation/analysis we make, we will create a proposal for improvement where we state not only enhancements for the processes of your company, but we will also take into account the technological area just in case it is necessary for you to implement some software that allows you to have better management of your procedures.
